Parent Travel Surveys about Walking & Biking to School take place twice per school year: Fall & Spring.The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.

PLEASE COMPLETE ONLY ONE SURVEY PER SCHOOL YOUR CHILDREN ATTEND.

Your responses will be kept confidential and neither your name nor your child's name will be associated with any results. Since this is confidential, if you concerned about the safety at a certain crossing or sidewalks by your house, please list the cross streets so we know where the concern may be located.
